The postage to send it to try to sell it was going to be more than the book was worth also the CD was not with it as it said it was. I ended up donating it to the library.

Please don't purchase the Netware Training Guide by accident, as I did. It was listed first on Amazon on the page that I looked for for CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), but I was looking for Nursing Certification and not Netware. So it was a costly mistake as I only received about half of the cost of the book when I returned it. It was my fault because I just noticed the big CNA and because it was the first listed on the page with the Nursing training books and CDs I just took for granted that it was also about nursing.

It was not what I expected I was looking for a certified nurse assistant workbook to work with patients not computers so I'm disappointed
