Delmar C Gillette, BA (Berea College, KY), MAT (Duke University, NC) started his career teaching biology and chemistry. THIS IS A GREAT BOOK !!! The book itself is very well written and easily broken down. No trouble with understanding how to do anything. The book has very good recipes; even if you can’t cook you will easily be able to prepare these recipes. The meals are very healthy and nutritional as a Vegan I tend to focus on healthiness. I would certainly recommend this book for anyone who is already involved in Vegan cooking and also for anyone who is thinking about starting Vegan cooking. If you follow the recipes carefully enough your end result will look just like the meal images in the book. Don’t take my word for it, get the book and give it a try and you will see for yourself. I would give it a 10 star if permitted. GREAT BOOK !!!

So easy to follow!!! I feel great and enjoy the food! Love love love!BUT the true story is my husband. He had boardline high blood pressure and was on cholesterol medication. He also suffered from severe digestive issues. Once he followed 22 days and now Greenprint he is no longer on medication and all his numbers are normal. My kids enjoy our family meals. The recipes are easy to follow a plant based diet.

This is an incredible book. Ok! This book should be a must have in EVERY home in the world! It really explains food and scientifically wise and proven eating habits, and how, if understood, it can change your life and health, and if misunderstood can do just the opposite. He easily explains everything you need to know to not just begin eating healthier, but rather to get the best out of every food God naturally put on this planet. Amazingly informative and easy read. I give it 10 stars!!! Will post again, after I complete the 44 day starter diet to plant based eating, to comment on its effects on my body. I have been waiting all my life for a book like this that answers the life long question: 'If I give up meat, what will I eat?'. Through this book, the answer is... EVERYTHING ELSE! I just started reading, but I'm really liking this book. I wasn't sure of the claim that cow milk-casein is linked to cancer. So I looked it up on the American Cancer Web site. There it was. It's really made me think about plant based food vs animal products.

This book increased my knowledge tremendously. It is easy to understand, offers many ideas, and a realistic framework for incorporating plant-based meals. Definitely worth the read!

Mary Musgrove's life was as dramatic and colorful as any fictional character, yet she was a real flesh-and-blood woman. I couldn't have invented for her a life this dynamic and unforeseen. Yet these qualities are only part of what makes her the most interesting and courageous woman in early Georgia history. Despite her important historical status and larger-than-life accomplishments, she remains virtually unknown to most Georgians outside a small group of scholars. Her life was filled with contradictions: born into a Creek society built on pagan customs, she later associated with British luminaries and Oxford graduates, including the famous Christian missionaries Charles and John Wesley. Mary Musgrove's story is scattered through voluminous letters, diaries and journals: official documents of the Colonial period. But very little is known about her childhood and parentage. Searching deeper for her story, I was pleasantly surprised to find pieces of her inside my own heart. Mary's story became so intriguing that I decided to write it in the first person. All the central characters in this story are real; most events in the book are factual, including the births, deaths, battles and journeys. Most research information came from university dissertations, historical documents, and fellow authors who held Mary in high esteem and recognized her importance. Stepping out of the crowd gathered on Yamacraw Bluff to meet General Oglethorpe, she grasped her strange destiny's star. I felt privileged to ride with her as that star illuminated her two worlds, touching so many with its splendor. When the star exploded I crashed along with Mary, mourning her tremendous losses and grieving at the injustices she was forced to endure. Her story is a legend that has left a vivid imprint on colonial Georgia history. May you appreciate her as much as I do.

Mary struggles to maintain their lands and their way of life as the settlers encroach, treaties are broken, and the Native Americans slowly find themselves losing their very identities. This was a good read.

VERY good book,if you enjoy reading about the Indian way of life,in S.C. and Ge. you will enjoy this book,based doing the 1700's.The writer makes you feel as if you are living her life ,and maybe how this Indian girl maybe help make the USA what it is today.

Great story if you like noels based on history of southeast Georgia! All very interesting with great story! Highly recommend!

It was a little hard getting into it. I enjoyed the story material even more so because I lived on Jekyll Islandseveral years and the Musgrove family lived there. My favorite books have been written about the historyof Georgia and Florida.

I highly recommend this book for all ages. The author has a unique gift for placing the reader in the actual setting as she describes the daily life of Mary Musgrove including the good times as well as the dark days. At times I felt I was actually eavesdropping on Mary's most private conversations and her struggles. Excellent book!

After losing myself thoroughly in this exciting adventure into Georgia's past, my only disappointment is in having to return to reality. The story of Mary Musgrove is one of strength and faith as we follow her amazing life. From her early youth with her mother's people, to her successful attempt to learn of and live within her English father's world. All who read this will, I'm sure join me in thanking Pamela Baur Mueller for saving such an important piece of history that was nearly lost to us all

It was good useful information you don't get just anywhere. AND it was well written; so i didn't want to rip my eyeballs out in frustration.

Remove the fear and the ignorance and the silliness and get real information from someone who writes clearly as a woman telling you what to do for the woman or for a woman so she can tell her partner not to be a knuckle head.

Excellent book great detail i was shocked at the detail. i would suggest this book to all sexually active adults that want to know more about this kind off sex that is considered to be taboo. This book isnt raunchy or anything its actually very informative and not hard to read

I have read all of the books in the Michael Bennett series, and this was by far my least favorite. The story didn't hold my interest. It seemed to be superficial and hastily written. It was hard to keep track of all the CIA/Secret Service characters. I also missed the usual inclusion of Bennett family members ( only Brian was included in the storyline) and there was no further development of the Michael/Mary Catherine romance.

I always look forward to the Michael Bennett books. I was so excited when I saw it was available!! $14.95 for a $2.00 book. I am not happy. This was so poorly written, I can't imagine Patterson putting his name on it. An interesting premise but no follow through! A widowed NYC cop with 10 adopted kids, and a grandfather who is s Priest!! Every prior book I loved. So much interaction with the kids, his job, his nanny, and of course the wise grandfather/ Priest. None of that in this book. It didn't tie up any loose ends. It was just "rush the reader thru and get to the end"!! If I could get my money back I would. I'd skip this one. As the kids say, it sucked!!

James Patterson et al have a winning formula to suspense novels. Bullseye fits the bill. I enjoy reading about Detective Mike Bennet and his family. I wish he would come to terms with his first wife's death due to cancer and finally get around to putting a ring on Mary Catherine who plays a pivotal role in his life and is much a part of his success with is work and family. This is a different review because I think if you read Patterson as much as I do .. Especially his series books, you know the formula minus a few twists but you really get to know and love the characters. His character development throughout each book is thoughtful and consistent. I think that is really what I love about his books.

BULLSEYE by James Patterson and Michael Ledwidge is my 75th-plus Patterson generated novel and at least my tenth read starring NYPD Detective Michael Bennett. The book starts out with Detective Bennett getting involved with an assassination attempt on the new American president. Lot’s of technical details are built into the narrative as well as discussions on long range kill weaponry and even instructions on how an assassin sets up for a kill. As an aside, I have often wondered how the 10-kid Bennett family with a retired Catholic priest; the Irish lass, Mary Cathrine, chief nanny and cook, and family organizer with benefits; not to mention the occasional waif adopted off the street, manages to survive so well on a NYC public servant’s salary.Guess I'll never know that. I would place Bullseye in the middle of Patterson’s thrillers. As excitement goes—not at the bottom, not at the top. I did love the short chapters. I give Bullseye a 3-star rating.

This book seemed to be all about street names and corners and weapon types and descriptions and/or model numbers rather than story. The last quarter of the book is all that we really got excited about while reading. The rest of the book was just not up to par with the rest of the series. Please don't do this again as we really have enjoyed this series til this book. If you are reading this series skip this book. You won't be missing out on anything except the neck nuzzle on the last page.

It saddens me to only give this book 1 star because I love James Patterson and I especially love the Michael Bennett books, but I couldn't even get past the first quarter of this book. It was too technical without really getting into the meat of the story. It would serve better as a guide to tactical weapons than a work of fiction. I'm not giving up on James Patterson, but I really hope the next one has more story to the story.

Bullseye is the continuing series about NYPD detective Michael Bennett. This book is about him working with the Secret Service in trying to prevent an assassination.We go along with Bennett as he works with the Secret Service in trying to find a hired assassin before it to late. As with other Michael Bennett books, also will focus on his family life with his 10 kids.This book is written in the usual James Patterson style, fast paced, small chapters. I found book hard to put down.Recommend this book, not only to the James Patterson fans. But those who enjoy mystery/thriller books as well.

Wish I could give it no stars at all. I have read all the Michael Bennett series and loved them all until this one. I finished it but it was very difficult. Very boring book. I don't understand all the great reviews. It is making me give away the rest of my collection of this series and never buy any more.

Please on each point on the list add something like "for the good of all" because this power does anything to get you to the point not worring of the consequences. For example I hadn't thought of the way the free blefaroplastic surgery would arrive so it arrived in a scary way. My eye lid got a bump on it which doctors didn't know what it was so I had exams for it for months with no real results, initially we were fearing it was cancer! In the end it wasn't but they couldn't leave me like that so they offered a NHS surgery to put it right. When I realised the incredible and dangerous way my aestetic surgery was coming I refused it. The bump cured itself withing a month!

So my question is "how can you get what you want if you never create the cause of that desire before you were born."ANSWER : "It Works" book explained shortly but precisely about thought-wave, in one page only and you become so very clear.2) Some of my friends and I feel that "Wanting anything for yourself is a bit selfish". You "should" want something higher for the greater good.ANSWER : "It Works" book explained in one page also that you can make your want list for ANYTHING. But it's wise to attain a smaller goal first to gain the confidence and then move to higher purpose. "To get is to give", the book said. But to give fully, it's more possible when you gain something first, to train your mind before reaching higher.3) Many Vision board articles/ TV interview give general idea about where to put the list (or board) : display it where you can see it daily.ANSWER : This book specifically said in only one sentence : put it where it is "the most important place for you."Wow, it's easy yet so powerful instruction.4) Some Vision board articles complained in long length about "not getting what you want so it doesn't work".ANSWER : This little book said it clearly that you "trust and never ask how. IT WILL COME." Period.Bull-eye/No-nonsense/Non-apologetic.5) Can I share my goal/want list to anyone? (Cause Jack Canfield of Chicken soup series suggested you to "SHARE" your goal so people can help you to attain it.)ANSWER : Don't tell anyone. To prevent negative people ruining it. You need to surround your life with positive people who share common goals.Then you tell your goal list only to The Higher power within you.6) LOA teach us "to get what you ask for you need to be grateful". But it's so difficult for me even I want to be thankful so bad because I had a rough life.ANSWER : "People who can't give gratitude is because they are not happy."Boom, right to my heart. Eye-opening moment. It breakdowns my barriers. Thank you so much.*With only 10-15 pages this tiny book will transform your life.*

The book has you write down the things you want and read them 3x a day every day. As an example, I am an olympic weightlifting athlete who is somewhat new in the "field". Most people who compete on National level championships have trained for at least 7 years, whereas I have only trained for 1 year. I wrote down that I wanted to win first place in the National Olympic Weightlifting Championship. I admit it didn't feel like something attainable at the time, but guess what? I won. It was like everything fell into place. That competition was made for me.I wrote it all 3 months before the competition. All of the other things I wrote down in my book came true as well with the exception of one that I'm still reading out every day.Try it; There's nothing to lose! It's a cheap and to the point book! Worth it! And it works. ;)
